WOW! Not the first word I thought of but definitely the most publisher friendly. This story starts off with a bang and simply gets better and better. I have loved Caitlyn O’Leary from the first time I ran across one of her books. She is a strong writer, that is well thought out and plot driven. She always has a way of sneaking in little surprises and pulling in the past books without making them necessary for plot. So far, both series is excellent, and I don’t see that changing. I don’t know if it is true, but it appears we are setting up a new series and I really hope so. I am already hooked.

Zed is definitely an alpha we have come to expect from Ms. O’Leary, but he was even better. He was not afraid to put his cards on the table, he played no games, and he was HOT!!! I loved that helped Marcia see some of her destructive behavior without every telling her it was wrong or bad and she had to stop. Marcia was strong yet vulnerable. She never comes across as helpless though. She tends to help others and put herself at risk, but she does learn to balance her needs with her wants.

Go and get this book. You don’t need the previous ones before, but you will want to read them and catch up. These books are just that good.

Caitlyn O'Leary does it again. I love the Black Dawn SEALS and their badass ladies. The plot is a rollercoaster ride with twists and turns that will keep you reading late into the night. The sexy bits will definitely heat up your ereader. Be ready for some surprises. I suppose you could read the books in the series as a standalone but to really appreciate the characters and their stories I recommend reading them in the order written. Thank you again Caitlyn for sharing your Heroes and their ladies with us.
This plot had potential, but in the end the story was just so-so. One of the main issues for me was the heroine. Initially Marcia seemed fine, strong and mature in dealing with the dramas. But as the story progressed her actions and maturity levels were not consistent. Other reviewers referred to her journey and growth and yes, there was some of that but that does not quite explain these inconsistencies. I found it increasingly difficult to associate that with the strong woman people refer to, or to buy into the chemistry between Marcia and Zed. Would have really wanted someone else for Zed.
Once again, Caitlyn O'Leary delivers a fast paced story that keeps you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. Her writing is smart,as are her heroines, her villains are evil, and her heroes make you oh so happy to be a woman. I loved that Zed was sensitive enough to be in tune with Marcia from the minute he knew of her existence, but he was still a bad a$$ dude that could kick some serious...well you know, and protect those who needed his protection. Are he and Marcia destined to be together. You'll have to read the book to be sure. Thank you Caitlyn for another page turner. Can't wait for the next!!
I love Caitlynn’s stories and this one is no exception. Her stories are fun, exciting, and steamy. But I like that the steam isn’t all there is. You get to enjoy a developing relationship about a new, sweet love. Zed is all alpha yet understanding and compassionate and Marcia is one tough cookie. I enjoy books where the heroine is tough but not so tough that the hero isn’t truly needed. But then again, not a weepy defenseless moron either. Marcia was definitely tough and Zed just added to her tough personality. The ending came on a little fast and I had a little bit of a hard time following the dialogue towards then end but still a solid 4 stars. I love all of her books!!!
Marcia and Zed's story is one of my Favorites so far. I really loved Dex's story, but this one is my favorite of this series. There was so many different things happening, but it all gelled together very nicely. Marcia was a perfect heroine too for Zed. I loved the surprising twist that involved Hunter.

I look forward to the next book in this series. I just would like someone to proofread these better though. It is distracting. Thank God the story was phenomenal. I would have given it five stars had there not been so many errors and there was a mistake as well, a big one. Zed had met Mr. B during the rescue, they even talked so why when Marcia was in the hospital did they not know each other? It makes me think that maybe the wrong version of the story was uploaded because that didn't make sense.

I'm trying to figure out how many more books are in this series. I think, I am thinking Aiden, Dalton, Wyatt, Gray, Kane and Griff. I hope the next story is just as good!
I didn't think this series couldn't get any better. It does with Marci and Zeb's story. I loved this book. I highly recommend this book!
This is one of the most heart wrenching books I have read. It's also full of bravery, determination, and love. Sometimes things don't turn out perfect in life. There are monsters who are very real and the real hero's who fight these monsters. Marcia has learned this lesson the hard way. She finds herself in the hands of a real life monster her only hope a man she doesn't know going off of a picture. Zed knew the moment he seen the picture that this woman was important to him. So he sets out to save this woman at all costs. When push comes to shove can he save the woman who he just knows is meant to be his everything? Can she hold on long enough for Zed to get to her? Y'all absolutely have to read this book. If you read just one book this week make it this one.
